摘要：

The properties of wave interaction are investigated on the basis of the relaxational equation of state of heterogeneous media, which is generalized to the case of noncollinear waves. Intense longitudinal waves, as well as processes of generation of longitudinal harmonics by transverse waves are considered; and the possibilities for parametric amplification of ultrasound as a result of nonlinearity of the relaxation processes are analyzed.
