摘要：

On the basis of WASH-1400 Reactor Safety Study, NUREG-75/014, issued by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission in 1975, this paper summarized the significance and the method of environmental risk assessment, then discussed the selection of accident sequences, the determination of accident probability, the statistical sampling of observed meteorology data and the superimposition of non-accident risk to accidental risk with author's point of view on these problems.
