摘要：
慢性胰腺炎，胰头良性、交界性及低度恶性肿瘤的外科治疗效果明确，如何保留更多的功能器官是此类手术的关注重点。笔者团队首创的保留十二指肠、胆总管、Oddi’s括约肌的胰头整块全切除术相较于其他术式具有理论上的优势，但因手术操作难度大，对术者要求更高而限制其广泛开展。笔者通过阐述该手术的发明原理和演变历程，解析关键步骤并展示临床效果，证明该手术安全有效，具有较高的临床应用价值。
