摘要
Social Network Analysis (SNA) is becoming important to study the learning pattern of Moodle e-learning system. Interaction on wiki is a bit different compared to discussion forum and messaging or any other asynchronous activities of Moodle. This is due to the fact that interaction on wiki is based on editing the sequence of wiki in which multiple people can be working on the site at the same time. This paper aims to reveal the hidden behaviours that happen during the interaction inside wiki of e-learning@UTM from one of our university teaching course. The relationships and activities are modelled in graph representation and are analyzed using Social Network Analysis (SNA). The participation of wiki is analyzed based on the in-degree and out-degree centrality values. We also measure the betweenness and closeness centrality to describe the interaction of the people inside wiki in more clearer picture. The experimental results show interesting and promising findings where the lecturer and a few students tend to give more information into wiki by editing the content frequently. Besides that, the student who receives high in-degree value is considered as less active since he/she depends on other user's information. The result of SNA also able to identify the user who becomes the centre of the network and controls the movement of information inside the network.
