摘要
Migrating inhibitors and its application is a new material and technic for repairing salt-contaminated reinforced concrete structures. It can migrate from concrete surface to rebars and make them passivated without disturbing the structure, and then electrochemical repairing to the structure can be carried out economically, conveniently and friendly to environment. Our experiments showed that inhibiting effect can be obtained significantly on the activated rebar in 14 mm-depth salt contaminated concrete. But it's difficult to get enough concentration by natural migrating through 40 mm concrete cover. Our electro-migrating testing with BE which carried out with the impressed current density offen adapted by salt-extraction of reinforced concrete showed that BE can be migrated to 10 cm-depth concrete very quickly, and enriched near the rebar, at the same time the significant inhibition can be gained. The electro-migrating system was optimized (the time for salt-extracting might be shortened from 30 d to 5-7 d). This might be the first trail in the world. On the 3rd salt-contaminated reinforced concrete beam of East Da-Pu pump station, Lian Yun Gang city, a serial of experiments on the inhibition effect of BE were carried out, and 3 years-data showed that BE was effective on inhibiting the corrosion of rebars. But the technology is still belonging to its initial stage.
