Effects of aging time (2 h, 6 h, 10 h) at 750°C on precipitation phases, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 2906 super duplex stainless steel after solution treatment were studied by means of optical microscope(OM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray energy dispersive analysis(EDS) and electrochemical workstation. The results indicate that aging treatment at 750°C results in the formation of σ phase and γ2 phase. The amount of σ phase and γ2 phase increases with the aging holding time increased from 2 h to 10 h, the tensile strength and corrosion resistance of the steel decreases with the aging time increasing while the hardness of the steel increases.
