p-t data obtained from gas generator experiments is the first information about launch process exact analysis. Separation process considering experiments can avoid error in pure theory analysis, which is the urgent calculating mode. Based on complicated models of dynamics and kinetics, solving equations about kinetics and interior trajectory of low-pressure chamber were built and this system software was compiled. This system realizes the separation process analysis considering experiments, which can complete multi-parameter input, multi-target bias and visualization output. Result shows that the error is less than 2% compared with theory calculation, and simulation system accords with reality and can be used in field of gas generator design.
