Progress in the development of LuAlO3 : Ce scintillation crystals

摘要：
The present research situation of the crystal structure, scintillation performance, scintillation mechanism and crystal growth of LuAP : Ce is reviewed in this paper. The research progress in scintillation performance and crystal growth of LuAP : Ce was laid an emphasis on. Then the future research direction of LuAP : Ce crystal was proposed after the present some problems were analyzed according to the literatures about the research of this crystal.
