摘要
The effects of the basic nitrogen compounds on the catalytic performance of different types of catalysts were investigated, taking pyridine and quinoline as the model compound by changing its mass fraction in the raw materials. The results show that quinoline takes more poisoning effect on catalysts than pyridine, and the latter has small contribution to the yield of coke while the former has significant contribution. The USY catalyst has a good tolerance on the poison of pyridine while the ZSM-5 catalyst is sensitive to the nitrogen concentration of pyridine. But they are affected by the quinoline similarly. Ethylene is mainly generated from thermal cracking reaction over USY catalyst while it from thermal cracking and catalytic cracking reaction over ZSM-5 catalyst.
