摘要
A bubbling fluidized bed with discontinuous feed is designed, and the experiments using sawdust as feed has been carried out to study the effects of operating parameters (temperature, rate of gas flow and bed depth) on the biomass pyrolytic behaviors. The results show that the main effect on the oil production rate is the pyrolytic temperature. But gas flow rate and bed depth can also affect the rate of bio-oil. The yield of bio-oil can be as high as 65% under optimal conditions of reactor, and the oil mainly contains organic acids and furan.
