摘要
Reasonable assumptions were proposed based on desulfurization process analysis. The differential equations of droplet motion, the equilibrium of ions in liquid phase and the mathematical model of mass transfer were presented for investigating influences of operating parameters on desulfurization efficiency. The results show that desulfurization efficiency increases with increasing pH value of absorbent and spray density, and decreases with increasing droplet diameter, superficial gas velocity, inlet SO2 concentration and gas temperature, respectively. Furthermore, influences of droplet diameter, pH value of absorbent and spray density on desulphurization efficiency are obvious, while gas temperature has little effect on it. Model predictions of desulfurization efficiency are in agreement with plant data, and this model may provide guidance on optimization of wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization system. ©, 2015, Zhejiang University.
