摘要
In order to solve the difficult problem predicting the energy and particle size distribution of crushing product of coal, a smooth double roll crusher and a hammer crusher were employed to crush anthracite. A power analyzer was used to monitor the energy and the size distribution of product was analyzed. The results show that the Bond formula can describe the energy relationships well using the average particle size and 80% pass size of products as size modulus. The improved fractal energy formula in this paper can better describe their relationships. The energy consumption of roll crusher increases linearly as the feeding size becomes larger. For hammer crusher, there is a critical particle size, the energy consumption decreases as the feeding size become larger under this critical size. For roll crusher, when the average feeding size is equal, the energy consumption with wide size distribution is lower than the narrow one, and the content of fine particle in product is also lager. However, the difference is not notable for the hammer crusher. ©, 2014, Meitan Xuebao/Journal of the China Coal Society. All right reserved.
