摘要
In order to understand the dielectric storage performance of ceramics under different influence factors, three ceramic samples were configured in this paper to study and analyse the dielectric storage characteristics and micro defects of ceramics. The dielectric properties, energy storage and microscopic observation of the prepared ceramic samples were tested. The results show that the energy storage density and energy storage efficiency of scheme 3 decrease with the increase of electric field strength, and the reduction is small. It is always in a high stable state, with an average particle size distribution of 76.33, porosity of only 3.68, and compactness of 95.74%. There are no major defects. In addition, by comparing the energy storage efficiency with the comparison method, it is found that option 3 in this paper is more practical and has a certain application effect.
