It's easy enough to state that businesses need to expect the unexpected. Yet, how can they do it? A promising approach to provide actionable insights is the idea of the human digital twin Several organisations are familiar with making use of digital twin modelling to improve operations. This digitised model typically enables firms to map the physical characteristics of a production environment as well as its processes.
