摘要
α-Fe2O3/ Fe3O4 composite have been synthesized through a solid reaction route. The correlation between reaction time and microstructure, morphology, electrochemical properties of various composites were investigated via XRD, Raman spectrum, SEM and galvanostaic measurements. The results reveal that reaction time has a significant effect on the concentration and electrochemical performances of the α-Fe2O3 and Fe3O4 composite. The excellent cycling properties were measured and their coulombic efficiency can reach 96% except the 1st cycle. Furthermore, better cycling and rate properties of the composite were obtained compared with those of the single α-Fe2O3 and the single Fe3O4 anode materials.
