The uncertainties of the time varying sampling period and time delays in networked control system (NCS) were converted to the uncertainty of the parameter matrix by the Real Jordan form approximation, and a discrete-time model with parameters uncertainties lying inside a polytypic framework was proposed. Using the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) method, a state feedback controller was designed which satisfied the mixed robust H2/H∞ performance. For unstable continuous-time system, the proposed control law confirms the closed-loop system asymptotic stable and restrains the disturbances. The sufficient conditions for existence of the controller and the controller parameters, presented by LMIs, are simple and effective. The simulation results show the validity of the design methods.
