摘要
Anaerobic mesophilic (37°C) co-digestions were carried out at initial volatile solid (VS) concentration of 6% using rice straw and swine manure as materials. The effect of rice straw and swine manure VS ratio (0:1, 1:2, 1:1, 2:1, 1:0) on anaerobic digestion was investigated. The results showed that no inhibitions of volatile fatty acids (VFAs) and ammonia were found for all digestions with pH at 6.8~7.8.Compared with single digestion of rice straw, co-digestion with swine manure can significantly increase biogas and methane yields. Methane yields were 253.86, 268.10, 267.23, 241.23 and 178.03 ml per gram VS for VS ratio of 0:1, 1:2, 1:1, 2:1, 1:0. Average methane concentrations were 54.3%, 56.0%, 55.8%, 53.9% and 50.1% respectively. When the ratio of carbon to nitrogen of substrates were between 14.0~47.5, the ratios of actual value and theoretical value (Ya/Ym) was increased and then decreased for biogas and methane yields with maximum Ya/Ym at the ratio of carbon to nitrogen of 23.4. For engineering application, the rice straw and swine manure VS ration of 1:1 or the ratio of carbon to nitrogen of 23.4 for mixed materials was recommended. And designed retention time and biogas yield were 20 day and 435 ml per gram VS.
