To ensure that auxiliary decision-making on the security and stability problem with greater influence on the power system is given priority, the calculation sequence of various security and stability problems is obtained based on the sorting results according to importance and complexity. To prevent giving conflicting control measures of all kinds of auxiliary decision-making functions, the sensitivity or participation factor of the candidate control measures for the security and stability index is taken as security and stability constraints in the coordination and optimization process. To avoid adjusting the same class control measures at the same time the auxiliary decision-making is being searched, previous auxiliary decision-making results in the queue are taken into account. To ensure that the control strategies of auxiliary decision-making are in conformity with the operation habits of dispatchers, comprehensive control performance indicators of different kinds of control measures are calculated in conjunction with priority order setting. Effective control measures are screened by setting the threshold value of control performance indicators, and the measures with similar control performance indicators are adjusted. The effectiveness and practicality of the method have been verified by cases in point in North China Power Grid.
