摘要
In order to control the disturbed effects on the adjacent buildings and structures of shield driven tunnels and to ensure the good service status of the surrounding buildings and structures, a micro-disturbed construction control technology system for shield driven tunnels is established. The system includes three parts: survey, predication and decision before the construction (SPD part), monitoring and feedback-control during construction (MFC part) and long-term prediction and control after construction (LPC part). Among them, SPD is the foundation and contains site and environment survey, indices of micro-disturbed construction, choice of auxiliary protection measures and prediction of construction; MFC is the core part of the system and includes monitoring and feedback-control; LPC is the extension of the system and the key step to check the construction disturbance and to control the long-term settlement, which is especially important in the area with significant creep. The successful application of this system to Metro 11 Undercrossing Historic Buildings Project and Metro 10 Undercrossing Track of Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai demonstrates its rationality and significance. The micro-disturbed construction control system may provide a guide or reference for the shield driven tunnel undercrossing engineering in the future. ©, 2014, Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute.
