Fault diagnosis system of wheel loader hydraulic system based on fuzzy fault tree analysis

摘要
A fault tree model was built for the fault diagnosis of the wheel loader hydraulic system based on the fuzzy fault tree analysis method. An expert system rules database was compiled, an optimized search strategy was defined, and a fault diagnosis module consisting of a knowledge database and an inference unit was developed. The developed wheel loader hydraulic system fault diagnosis system was embedded into a wheel loader made by Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. The test results show that the developed system is simple and easy to use, reliable and stable, and can be applied in other construction machineries after corresponding refit.
