摘要
A new anti-seismic technology, the passive control of the structure, is used in the base frame structure. A shear damper-the leaded damper which has the good features of the simple structure, the convenient construction and durability is designed. In the experiment on the leaded damper's ability, the stagnating circle is full through the stagnating curve, it proves that the leaded damper is a good energy dissipater. A finite element analysis of a five floors in the base frame structure is exampled using ANSYS. The theory of time-history analysis to the seismic response of the base frame structure and the lead damper installment structure shows: 1 the elastic stiffness of shear damper-leaded damper is large, the yield displacement is small, post yield, with increasing displacement, stiffness decreased which reflects a clear plastic nature; 2 the level displacement in comparison is reduced about 33.3%~44%, the acceleration is reduced about the percent of 31%~52%; 3 the base floor shear forces is reduced about 40% through the time-history curves of base floor shear forces; and 4 the leaded damper can make strong control in the process of energy-dissipation, significantly improve the structure of weak floors of the seismic capacity and reduce the spread of the earthquake action on masonry structures so as to achieve the purpose of dynamic control.
