摘要
Hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane was prepared from 2, 4-toluylene diisocyanate (TDI), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), polycarbonatediol (PCDL) and diethanol a mine (DEOA) via A2+bB2 method. A stable aqueous polyurethane dispersion was obtained when the content of DMPA was 2.0%. The structures of the result polymer were characterized by FT-IR and 13C-NMR; the properties of cast film were measured by TGA, tensile tests and water resistance tests. The result shows that the degree of the branching (DB) of the polymer is 0.32. The degradation temperature of the resulting product is 195C. The cast film exhibits good water resistance and tensile strength, the tensile strength of the is 28.4 MPa and the elongation is 359.1% at the break point.
