摘要
This paper provides a new opinion model and investigates the problems of opinion consensus among multiple agents not only in the time-invariant and limited topological structure but also in some timevariant structures. When the fixed strongly connected topological structure under some conditions is given, a consensus will be reached if the value of the influencing factor is equal to zero or more than some positive constant in the time-invariant structure of the social network. And also a consensus will be reached if individuals in the passive group can not communicate with each other in a dominated structure with one active group and one passive group. Another case is that if the structure is timevariant and each individual holds the same opinion at the initial time, then no one will change their opinions at any time step. And if the matrix of the structure has the identical rows as time goes on and each people has the same impact on the others at some time step, a unanimous compromise will be reached after that time. Besides, a consensus can be reached if the sum of the smaller elements in the same column of any two rows is greater than some positive constant.
