摘要
Catalytic combustion of CH4/air mixture in microtube was investigated numerically by using FLUENT coupled to external subroutine DETCHEM that modeled detailed chemistry. The results show that the conducting wall in microtube preheats the inlet mixture by axial heat transferring. Homogeneous reaction can not be neglected. And inlet velocity of mixture plays a significant role in catalytic reaction.
