摘要
Considering the complexity of dynamic characteristics of aqueduct, its computational model should be in perfect accordance with the actual situation. But meanwhile, the computational model should have high calculation efficiency in engineering applications. This paper studies the 2.5D Fluid-structure Interaction (FSI) model of large-scale beam-type aqueduct, and then compares it with the 3D FSI model in the dynamic time-history response of aqueduct. The results show that this model has good simulation results for dynamic and static analysis of aqueduct and is time saving with appropriate selection of the amount of coupling planes. Therefore, the 2.5D FSI model can be used as a practical computational model for seismic analysis of large-scale beam-type aqueduct. Copyright © 2014 Binary Information Press.
