摘要
The DC-DC converter with high step-up voltage gain plays an important role in fuel cell power generation technology, which has become an effective measure to improve fuel cells' low-voltage and high-current characteristics. However, the traditional Boost converter cannot satisfy the requirements of grid-connected operation of fuel cell power generation systems due to its disadvantages of limited voltage gain, large inductor current ripple, and high-power device stress. In this paper, by replacing the inductors on the input side of the active network converter (small input current ripple) with a charge pump structure (strong voltage multiplication ability), an active network DC/DC Boost converter with a charge pump is put forward, which has high step-up voltage gain, small inductor current, low voltage/current stress on power devices, and strong robustness. Then, an experimental prototype of fuel cell front stage power conversion is established to verify the effectiveness and high efficiency of the proposed converter. When the input voltage is 20V and the output current is 1.25A, the overall efficiency of the system can reach about 94.1%. © 2022, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
