摘要
The methyl phenyl organosilicon resins with ammonia were prepared via hydrolytic condensation reaction using phenyltrimethoxysilane and N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl-dimethoxy (methyl) silane as raw materials. The results show that the conditions of formation of organosilicon resins are phenyltrimethoxysilane (PTMS)/Si-602(molar ratio)=9:1, t=50°C, 15%HCl, t=4 h, the organsilicon resins are synthesised and the yield is 91.0%. The product structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (1H-NMR). The results of thermogravimetric (TG) show that the methyl phenyl organosilicon resins have a good thermal stability properties and its amount of residual carbon is 56.59% at the temperature 900°C, when PTMS/Si-602 molar ratio is 9:1.
