摘要
Business process optimization and management are the foundations for enterprise informatization. However, it is important to evaluate business process optimization schemes accurately and select the best scheme to implement. This paper presented a business process integration management model with the content of business modeling, evaluation, execution, monitoring and management. And then it putted forward a business process dynamic evaluation method based on fuzzy extension analytic hierarchy process (Fuzzy-EAHP) to realize the business process evaluation content of this model. Therefore, the business processes with different characteristics could be evaluated and selected accurately and efficiently. At last, a procurement process evaluation instance for a manufacturing enterprise was provided to verify its scientificalness and easiness to operate.
