摘要
The validity of knowledge management in a team and the successful completion of the project depend on human resources management system support. Human resources system support on knowledge management in a team not only refers to the traditional recruiting, training, assessment, compensation, and so on, but also to special support for the perspectives of team. Because of the particularity of the team, it is proposed that human resources system support at the corporation level, including recruiting, assessment, compensation, training; human resources system at the team level including, for example, team leader support, the establishment of the trust relationship among team members, role definition and psychological contract among team members and so on.
