摘要
Aiming at the low accuracy rate and recall rate of the evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students, a new evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students is designed and the application effect is studied. Firstly, the capability evaluation index system was constructed according to the five principles and evaluation index system dimension. Then, the principal component analysis method was introduced, and the CRITIC method was adopted to calculate the weight and optimise the algorithm. The evaluation index system was optimised through the optimised algorithm. Finally, the numerical transformation was carried out to obtain the evaluation score and realise the evaluation. The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient of this method is 0.98, the evaluation accuracy rate is 96.5%, and the evaluation recall rate is 97.0%. The PR curve has a good performance, and it has a higher application value. © 2023 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.. All rights reserved.
