摘要
ZrO2/Fe3O4 carrier was prepared by co-precipitation method from zirconium oxychloride octahydrate and Fe3O4 nanoparticles. SO42-/ZrO2/Fe3O4 catalyst was prepared by impregnating SO42- as active centeron ZrO2/Fe3O4 carrier. The composition, structure, surface acidity and magnetic properties of the catalyst were characterized by FTIR, EDS and XRD techniques. SO42-/ZrO2/Fe3O4 was used as catalyst for the preparation of polyols from epoxidized soybean oil with glycerol as ring opening agent. The effects of catalyst dosage, temperature and reaction time on ring-opening conversion and product hydroxyl value were investigated. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. Under the conditions of catalyst dosage 1% of the mass of epoxidized soybean oil, reaction temperature 80℃ and reaction time 6 h, the ring-open conversion was 99%, and the product hydroxyl value was 365 mg KOH/g. © 2020, Editorial Office of FINE CHEMICALS.
