摘要
We propose a new passively mode-locked fiber laser (MLFL) for an optical quality monitor that we developed based on all-optical sampling technology. With conventional passively MLFLs, the repetition frequency of optical pulse cannot vary arbitrarily. The repetition frequency of proposed laser can be changed around center frequency by temperature control. This paper shows configuration of this laser and experimental results of temperature drift and repetition frequency linearity. © 2011 The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
