Control, governance and managing quality of Multi-dimensional IT Projects

Corporations are seeking for formal strategies and technologies to assure and manage IT projects quality. Even small or secondary projects must be formally tracked as they tend to be part of larger operational plan, where activities are dependent upon the completed projects. The Multi-dimensional IT Project Control and Governance (MITPCG) has evolved as the standard project management methodology. By definition, companies are involved in MITPCG when having to manage many levels and facets of IT components in order to achieve desired goal. The paper discusses the steps that should be taken if the company wants to achieve a satisfactory quality level of multidimensional projects.
