摘要
Schemes assessment and sensitivity analysis of power system black-start are important for dispatchers to establish black-start schemes and restore the power system over the shortest possible time. A fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based method for assessing black-start schemes and analyzing their sensitivity is proposed. First, the hierarchy model for assessing black-start schemes is established and the complementary judgment matrices using trapezium fuzzy numbers is built to calculate the weight coefficient. Then, the evaluation indices are calculated and schemes are ranked comprehensively. Finally, the impacts of the values and weights of indices on the ranking of the black-start schemes are studied, and the sensitivity intervals which may lead to the change of the order obtained. The application to an actual power system shows that the method can provide dispatchers with more comprehensive and accurate decision-making references. © 2010 State Grid Electric Power Research Institute Press.
