摘要
From business processes complexity perspective, one of the technologies that most significantly support its automation is Workflow Management Systems. Having a tool to measure the quality of these systems is essential. Due to the globalization of information and communication, companies are looking towards the management of processes on the cloud and the use of new technologies. The social networks allow the companies to have a better availability of information. This presupposes a new business paradigm. This paper proposes the application of a framework for evaluation and measurement of workflow processes to evaluate workflow processes in the cloud. In this context, the effect of the use of social networks in the process of marketing and communications organizations is analyzed.
