Growth of Co2+,Er3+ : Y3Al5O12 crystal and its absorption spectrum properties

摘要
The Co2+,Er3+ :Y3Al5O12 single crystal was grown by Czochralski technique. The absorption spectrum at room temperature was studied. The self-Q-switched properties were analyzed by using the criterion of good passive Q-switching and the spectrum of Er3+ : Y3Al5O12 single crystal. The results show that the Co2+, Er3+ :YAG single crystal is a sort of potential self-Q-switched laser crystal.
