Considering engineering practice, an iterative formula in time fields of the temperature and thermal stress of hollowed-rotors was obtained using integral transform, based on two-dimensional hollow cylinder thermal conduction differential equation. The nonlinear factors from the temperature-dependant properties were dealt with in the process of iteration and modified by the properties at previous time and temperature increment, thus properties are modifid by the previous one based one the consideration of temperature. A modified calculation model was gotten to analyze the thermal states of typical hollowed-rotors and their fatigue and to monitor the online.
