摘要
Microwave dielectric ceramics of xCa0.6La0.8/3TiO3-(1-x) (Li0.5Sm0.5)TiO3 (CLT-LST) were prepared by a conventional solid-state reaction method. The phases, microstructures, surface topologies and dielectric properties of the microwave ceramics were analyzed. The increase of Ca0.6La0.8/3TiO3 content leads to a slight shift of diffraction peak toward low angles. The composition of microwave dielectric ceramic has an effect on the performance. The CLT-LST microwave dielectric properties change with the x value. The dielectric constant, εr, increases with increasing x from 0.2 to 0.6. The optimum dielectric constant εr is between 0.4 to 0.6. The quality factor (Q·f) firstly increases and then decreases rapidly, and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) gradually changes from negative to positive. The 0.4Ca0.6La0.8/3TiO3-0.6 (Li0.5Sm0.5)TiO3 ceramic sintered at 1 250°C for 4 h exhibits the superior microwave dielectric properties (i.e., εr=125, Q·f=2680 GHz and τf=7.0×106/°C).
