摘要
The basic line contact elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) equations for micropolar fluids were developed on the basis of the theory of micropolar fluids. The compressibility of lubricants and micropolar parameters were introduced. A full numerical analysis of EHL for two phase liquid-solid lubricants was conducted. The variation of pressure distribution and film profile along the contact line of rollers, and effects of the micropolar parameters on lubrication behaviors were obtained. Compared with the Newtonian fluids, the liquid-solid lubricants predicts obvious enhancement of film thickness and ability of load, slightly reducing of coefficient of friction. The compressibility of lubricant reduces the film pressure and thickness.
