Speed control of PMSM based on equivalent input disturbance estimator

摘要
The structure and design of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on equivalent input disturbance estimator is presented to suppress the influence from parameter variation and load disturbance. The estimator combines state observer with low-pass filter to make the real unknown disturbance equivalent to the input disturbance of the plant. The controller and estimator satisfy the separation principle by using the estimator presented. Moreover, the design of linear quadratic regulator (LQR) controller is given to compensate the impact of equivalent input disturbance. The simulation results of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) system with equivalent input disturbance estimator demonstrate that the estimate of unknown disturbance is valid and the performance of PMSM is also improved.
