摘要
The current-carrying connection structure of converter valve side bushing is composed of a coaxial copper rod, an aluminum rod and strap contacts. In order to study the relationship between the contact resistance and the pressure of a single piece of strap contacts, this paper deduced the relationship between them based on the Greenwood and Williamson contact model (G–W model), introduced the force deflection correction of the strap contact finger and the surface contour correction of the contact area, and got the relationship between the contact resistance and pressure of a single contact finger under three different electrode combinations (namely, copper-copper, copper silver plated-copper silver plated, aluminum alloy silver plated-aluminum alloy silver plated). At the same time, experiments were carried out to verify the force deflection phenomenon of strap contacts, and the contact resistance of a single strap contact with pressure changes under different electrode combinations was measured. The research results show that the contact resistance decreases with the increase of pressure. When the pressure of a single strap contact is 5~9 N, the relative error between the calculated value and the experimental value after correction is within 10%, which verifies the accuracy of the correction. The research provides a reference for improving the reliability of the electrical connection of the bushing. © 2023 Science Press. All rights reserved.
