Study of pre-earthquake ionosphere TEC anomalies upper epicenter

摘要：
In this paper we analyzed 30 Ms≥6.0 earthquakes which occurred in the mainland of China from May 1998 to December 2006 by the vertical total electron content (VTEC) supplied by IGS (International GPS Service) web. Utilizing the statistical methods, we discussed the variations of the ionospheric TEC occurred 15 days before, and after earthquakes. Selectively, we studies all ionospheric TEC data above the epicenter and the data excluding magnetic storm.
