摘要
Electrospinning is a simple and efficient method for preparing nanofibers. The polymer solution is stretched by electric field to obtain nanofibers with a wide range of diameters. Electrospinning has the advantages of simple equipment, low cost, a wide variety of spinnable materials, and controllable process. According to the needs of different application scenarios, fibers with different diameters and morphologies can be obtained by adjusting the spinning parameters. Electrospun nanofibers have a wide range of applications in many fields due to their large specific surface area, high porosity, and excellent mechanical properties. In recent years, researchers have prepared electrospun nanofibers with good antibacterial properties, which have advantages and application prospects in the fields of tissue engineering, wound dressings, food industry, and water filtration. This review provides an overview of the types and influencing factors of electrospinning, which helps researchers in related fields to better regulate the morphology of spun fibers. The active ingredients and application prospects of electrospun antimicrobial materials are also comprehensively analyzed and summarized, in order to provide reference for related research and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the development of electrospun antibacterial fibrous materials.
