COP27 has drawn to a close with the epic last minute deal making going on late into the night, writes Alex Bardell MBCS and Chair of the BCS Green Specialist Group. T he last minute deal is something we have become accustomed to since COP26 - but with it comes the inevitable compromise deal. Have we done enough to keep climate disaster at bay or does compromise mean we are on the slippery slope to a much more volatile planet?
