摘要
The unique photoelectric properties of Cs4PbBr6 perovskite quantum dots are expected to become a new generation of luminous materials. In this study, a series of blue-green luminescent Cs4PbBr4Cl2 nanocrystal glass ceramic with different Eu3+ ion doping concentrations were prepared. Firstly, the effects of different concentrations of Eu3+ ions on the luminescent properties and band gap of the samples were studied. The luminescent properties, energy band gap, decay time and the interaction mechanism Eu3+ and perovskite nanocrystal of the glass after heat treatment were analyzed in detail. According to the different thermal quenching effects and principle of fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) temperature measurement, the luminescence peaks of Cs4PbBr4Cl2 nanocrystal at 479 nm were respectively related to the peaks of Eu3+ ions at 579 nm, 591 nm and 613 nm (5D0 to 7F0,7F1 and 7F2 energy level transitions) to calculate the FIR. At 303 K, the maximum relative sensitivity (Sr) of Cs4PbBr4Cl2 nanocrystalline borogermanate glass doped with 1 mol% Eu3+ ions reached 5.18 %K- 1, surpassing the previously reported value. Therefore, the approach suggested in this research has the potential to achieve the blue-green photoluminescence of Cs4PbBr4Cl2 nanocrystal glass ceramic and broaden its usage in blue-green luminescence and visual temperature sensing applications.
