摘要
For domestic railway passenger cars, the equivalent conicities of new wheel pairs with four typical treads LMA, S1002CN, LM and XP55 were calculated respectively with the simplified method, harmonic method and UIC519 method. TPLWRSim Software was developed to calculate equivalent conicities under different wheel-rail interaction calculation conditions and drawn into tables and the results were compared with the international general software SIMPACK and ADAMS. It shows that the harmonic and UIC519 calculations are more accurate. The illustrations of the wheel-rail contact characteristics of the four typical treads provide reference for new tread design and for analysis on wheel wear behaviour in wheel wear tracking tests on real railway lines. The wheel-rail contact characteristics are verified in real wheel wear tracking tests.
