摘要
Stakeholder management is the foundation of corporate value creation and also a method of delivering enterprise appreciation. Stakeholder theory is not perfect on the study of stakeholder management, and has difficulty in solving problems of multiple objective decision-making for managers. This article proposes a theory on the ground of 'objective criteria' based on the review of stakeholder management theory, and in conjunction with other theories, including social structure theory, life cycle theory, value chain theory, and enterprise value theory, to build a model to identify, categories, manage and valuate stakeholders, with the use of Alexander's stakeholder analysis, therefore establishes a framework of corporate stakeholder management model. Studies show, a systematic approach to merging all multi-objective management theories in is good for the realization of organization reorganization and corporate value creation.
