摘要
Imitating the mechanism of biomineralization, highly oriented 3D-hexagonal (P63/mmc) mesoporous silica thin films were prepared by evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA) process using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as the structure-directing agents and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the silica source. The films were deposited on glass substrates by dip-coating method. Their structure were characterized by small-angle X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and nitrogen adsorption. A possible pathway has been proposed for the formation of 3D-hexagonal mesoporous silica thin films.
