Improving spare part fill rates of complicated hierarchic equipment and reducing enterprise spare part cost were significant for Multi-Indenture Multi-Echelon (MIME) spare part supply chain. Supply chain requirement simulation modeling method of MIME spare part was proposed, and the simulation models for spare part quantity in corrective maintenance activities and preventive maintenance were proposed. Thereby, spare part quantity required in maintenance activities was calculated according to sampling only one time in the first supply chain echelon. Spare part cost calculation method was presented in accordance with spare part quantity. MIME spare part supply chain requirement simulation algorithm was established. A MIME spare part numeral example of IT equipment was given. According to simulation calculation, the MIME spare part quantities were obtained within a given period, and the feasibility and rationality of the simulation models were validated.
