摘要
The emulsifying viscosity-reducing experiments of Wangzhuang heavy crude oil are performed. First, the viscosities of the heavy crude oil at different temperatures are measured. The result shows that the variation of the viscosity of the crude oil with temperature is quick when the temperature is lower than 60 °C and it becomes slow when the temperature is higher than 60 °C. A emulsifying viscosity reducer JDLH is developed for Wangzhuang heavy crude oil. The factors of influencing the viscosity-reducing result of the viscosity reducer are experimentally studied, and it is shown that, the optimal dose of JDLH is 0.3 %, the optimal ratio of oil to water is 7:3, the reasonable heating temperature is 50 °C, JDLH can bear the salt of 15 000 mg/L. Under the above conditions, the viscosity-reducing results of 5 viscosity reducers are compared, and it is shown that the viscosity-reducing result of JDLH is the best.
